How to book? 1- Write us to info@chicandrural.com or you can call between 9 am – 12 pm and 3 pm – 7 pm , Monday to Friday: 0039 010 3291529 (English speaking) 2. You will immediately receive a confirmation on the availability of the houses either an alternative proposal for booking. 3. You will have to confirm your booking by transferirng 100 € in advance; you can pay with Credit Card, Paypal or Wiretransfer (please don't forget to indicate in the communication the chosen period and house). 4. Once we will have recceived the payment as advance, you will receive an email confirming the succesfull booking. You are kindly asked to please pay the rest amount within the two weeks before your arrival in Santu Lussurgiu. 5. Important: the 100 € advance will be sent back (5 eur bank transfers net) only if you will cancel your booking at least 60 days before the day of your expected arrival in Santu Lussurgiu. How to pay? You can pay 100 eur as a confirmation with Credit Card and Paypal; you can pay the rest of the amount only with a Wire Transfer either cash directly in Santu Lussurgiu. 1. PayPal: click on the following link in torder to be redirected to our Paypal account. 3. You will have to arrange a meeting with Giovanna Enna, in charge for Papillon SRL for receiving and welcoming our guests. Heading by car to Santu Lussurgiu, meeting point is the Tamoil gas station, right at the beginning of the town. Otherwise you can meet Giovanna directly at the houses in Via Pietro Paolo Carta. You will receive Giovanna's mobile numbers and she will be alerted and waiting for you. 2. In case of emergencies (damages, cracks, and so on) you will be given with the number of Pietro Salaris, who will be immediately available to solve the problems. When receiving the keys it is mandatory to pay a 50 eur deposit to Giovanna, which is going to be given you back once you leave. Leaving Santu Lussurgiu: 1. Alert Giovanna about any damage, problem, misfunctioning 2. Leave us a feedback or write down advices and suggestions for guests that will visit our houses after you. 3. Close water and gas switches, empty the fridge and cut off electricity, follow basically the opposite of the instructions you will receive by Giovanna on the first day. 4. Don't forget to please give the keys back to Giovanna, call her and arrange with her a meeting.
