How to book
English-speaking customers should write to english@chicandrural.com requesting the availability of the period of their interest. You will quickly receive a confirmation of your selected dates or alternative dates will be suggested.

How to pay
Once you receive a confirmation by email, you can proceed to online payment, through an online transfer to a UK bank account or, if you prefer through Paypal. You will receive detailed instructions on how to make your selected type of payment. If we receive the payment within three working days, we will send you a definitive confirmation. If not, we will cancel your reservation and inform you about it via mail.

Welcoming
At the time and place that you will have chosen to arrive to Nervi, you will find a person to welcome you and show you around the Oasi del Poeta. You will receive towels, sheets and a set of keys. A phone appointment will be fixed before your departure in order to discuss any questions you may have.
